INSURANCE INFORMATION
The renter shall provide a certificate of insurance that will include the following coverage:
*General liability coverage must be in force for a limit of not less than $1,000,000
*Certificate must note that coverage is provided for loss and damage to rented equipment for a limit not less than the value of the equipment or vehicle that has been rented - for example- ( grip and lighting truck package-$ 100,000 - stake bed truck - $50,000 - grip trailer package $40,000 -
Fisher 10 camera dolly $75,000 - Jib arm $25,000
*Automobile liability coverage must note " Hired auto" , "non-owned auto"
